Hello the pay is base on experience.. It will go from $750to $1200 a month.

the work is not all 12 hours a day, but nanny need to be at premise until the store close. the real time be with the baby is only 6 hours most of the time he can be left alone.

With due respect, I think it's a bit under paid for all those requirements you set forth. working 12 hours a day and perhaps 7 days a week? That comes to $2.00 an hour. For all these required hours the pay should b at least $1500 per month to be fair regardless of the experience. An extra bonus for Speaking Chinese and Cambodian should also be added - may be $200 more.

Think about it, she can only work 6 hours the most with the baby some day is less hour than that, so the rate is flat so if you think it under paid, there are plenty of other people willing to do this. thanks for your comment on the rate. BTW.. the position has been fill

$2.00 per hour? That's not even enough to cover the gas expense for the day..that is slavery!!

Again, with due respect, I would like to respond to your reply. The followings are extracted from your post in the above:

1) Work from 8am until 8pm at night. Its a full time job 12 hours a day
2) Care for my currently 5 month old baby boy
3) work in a business e nvironment and provide support and expertise to parents in satisfying child physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs.
4) meal planning and preparation
5) laundry and clothing care

It is clearly more than a full time job - a 12-hours work with multi tasking obligation and high expectation.

Anyway, it is just my opinion. Good luck to you and your newly found business.

Is this really a suitable place to find a babysitter? Who knows who you can trust with your kids nowadays. Just saying. Good Luck.
